What they are called<\/span><\/i>, w<\/span><\/i>hat they cost and what you get.<\/span><\/i> <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The re-developed Digital Talking Mats is nearly ready to launch with its new look and new functions.  <\/span>How you can buy it<\/span> <\/span>is new too so the team here thought we should put <\/span>the new price structure <\/span>down in black and white.  The blogs we normally publish are interesting and thought provoking<\/span>.  I can tell you now, it is quite tricky to make a list of prices interesting or thought provoking, but I think you will be pleasantly surprised <\/span>with the <\/span>flexibility and creativity offered<\/span>.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

There are a lot of words used in these descriptions and because we use them every<\/span> <\/span>day<\/span> we are used to them and know what they mean but sometimes we <\/span>have to<\/span> <\/span>just stop <\/span>and remember that\u2019s not the case for everyone.  So here is our Talking Mats Glossary to <\/span>help.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Glossary:<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/p>\n

DTM <\/span><\/b>\u2013 Digital Talking Mats.  Also <\/span>referred to as <\/span>the digital Resource<\/span>, <\/span>Digital App<\/span> or digital <\/span>V2<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Foundation <\/span><\/b>Level training<\/span><\/b> \u2013 our training course that can be complete online or face to face (Covid 19 restrictions permitting)<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Resource<\/span><\/b> \u2013 a collection of symbol sets that has been <\/span>created <\/span>to look at a particular <\/span>area<\/span>, <\/span>eg<\/span> Health and Well Being.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Resource library<\/span><\/b> \u2013 all the symbols you have access to on the DTM depending on your subscription <\/span>level<\/span>, including on any photos you may upload.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Symbol set<\/span><\/b> \u2013 a collection of around 15 symbols looking at a particular <\/span>topic<\/span>.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Top scale<\/span><\/b> <\/span>– symbols<\/span> that show what a person thinks with a positive point, a <\/span>mid-point<\/span> and a negative <\/span>point<\/span>.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span>We are switching to a \u2018subscription\u2019 model.  This means you choose the level you want, and then how often you pay for it \u2013 monthly or yearly. For individuals <\/span>w<\/span>e <\/span>have<\/span> 3 levels that provide increas<\/span>ed f<\/span>lexibility and choice<\/span>.  <\/span>O<\/span>rganisations<\/span> can buy <\/span>subscriptions for groups of <\/span>staff <\/span>at our most flexible level.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

The subscription model <\/span>for <\/span>Organisations<\/span> that want to buy several digital <\/span>resources<\/span> <\/span>can be either a Yearly charge or a <\/span>3 yearly<\/span> charge.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

To offer more control over your <\/span>Organisatio<\/span>n\u2019s<\/span> subscription each <\/span>O<\/span>rganisation<\/span> will be able to appoint someone to oversee <\/span>the account <\/span>who<\/span> will be able to switch user emails as staff change. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n
