A full card resource is included in the fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Each course will:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Explain how the resource was developed<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Show filmed examples of people using the different topics<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Explain how to prepare for your Talking Mat session<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Discuss implementation and challenges<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This Resource is designed to be used by people who want to use Talking Mats in a context where there is already existing AAC support in place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This Resource has been developed in partnership with Ace Centre and the Scottish Centre of Technology for the Communication Impaired (SCTCI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> This is a versatile resource that can be used to support long-term users of AAC, both in reviewing their current AAC systems, and to assist in introducing an AAC support system for the first time.
